Sinful Sunday – In the Rocks

Sinful Sunday – In the Rocks

Things have got a whole lot busier outside of my blog life and they’re set to stay that way. Unfortunately, it means I have had to cut back on some of the blogger things I loved so dearly. It is a necessary change I’m finding extremely hard to swallow. I aim to at least participate in every Sinful Sunday prompt week, as they are my absolute favourite. I love being inspired to get my creative juices flowing.

The rule of thirds was somewhat new to me. I had heard of it but didn’t really understand what it was. When it came to cropping my three potential photographs to fit the rule, I was amazed at how much better each one looked. I’m still not entirely sure I’ve got it right, but either way, they looked better for my attempt! This one was my favourite… It’s one of those very rare photos in which I actually like my wobbly bits!

  1. What a fantastic image. My eye is so drawn to your beautiful pale skins and how the softness contrasts against the rock. Fabulous.

  3. You have totally nailed the rule of thirds with this image. This is such a powerful shot, you look so vulnerable and lost in that environment

  11. So many people, like me, have sensed the story behind this photo, what came before and what is to follow. I love the juxtaposition between your soft curves and the glimpse of lacy lingerie, and the coarse, impenetrable rocks.

  12. This is a wonderful image Aurora. You look as if you are trapped in the rocks like a scene from a story in Greek Mythology. You are absolutely beautiful. In fact the whole phoot rocks!.

  13. Amazing image and the background scenery adds so much to the finished style of your image.

  14. Absolutely amazing image and looks like somewhere I’d sit and hide away from the world.
